Pakistan LNG Limited (PLL) is looking for the following

recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan:

General Terms & Conditions: Only HEC recognized qualifications will be acceptable. For the position requiring
intermediate level education degree should be recognizable from relevant board. Experience means post-qualification experience No age relaxation will be applicable in any case. No TA/DA will be provided for Test/Interview. Test/Interview will be conducted in Islamabad. Applications/Resumes of individuals having irrelevant qualifications/experience and not

ASSISTANT MANAGER PROCUREMENT
Minimum 16 years of education with Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Procurement / Business
Administration / Public Administration / Engineering, duly recognized by Higher Education
Experience & Skills: Minimum 4 years of professional experience in dealing with procurement/procurement
planning/supply chain management preferably in LNG / Energy sector. Experience in downstream
LNG procurement is highly desired. Sound knowledge and proven experience in procurement of LNG / Energy supplies representing a
good public or private organization. In-depth knowledge of PPRA rules, international
tendering/procurement process, Public Sector Companies’ structures, Corporate Governance rules
etc. Candidate should be well versed with the ICB procurement. Ability of flexible thinking, self-motivation, drive, integrity and confidence. Highly effective communication skills both written and oral. The incumbent should have a positive
open style of communication in order to develop considerable networking links into the LNG
Supply, LNG Shipping & a wide range of organizations internationally. Effective presentation and public speaking ability. Able to organize, write & deliver concise,
focused & persuasive high-quality presentations. Proven experience in negotiations of LNG/Energy Sales Contracts and LNG / Energy sales closing
transactions. Well versed in all the LNG/Energy Sales Contracts like Gas Sales Purchase Agreement,
Confidentiality Agreements, Sales and Purchase Agreement for both FOB and Ex-Ship, Heads of
Agreement, Term Sheet etc. Strong analytical and modelling skills (financial, economic, statistical). Able to coordinate work and influence others without a formal supervisory relationship. Familiar with major players in the sector & their strategies. Able to come up with business
development ideas. Excellent planning, team work, interpersonal, analytical, negotiation, time & meeting management
skills. Result oriented and ability to work with public as well as private stakeholders.
Minimum Age: 25 Years
Job Description: Preparing and monitoring Annual Delivery Program along with 90 days’ delivery schedule of LNG
supplies. Management of complete procurement cycle. Manage relationships with Suppliers, Port authorities, Shipping agents, Third party surveyors,
Terminal operator and Gas transport companies. Compliance of LNG Supplies as per contractual agreements / requirements / obligations
Managing, preparing, floating and evaluating RFPs for procurement of LNG
Review and seek necessary approvals of cargo wise discharge reports Any other tasks / responsibilities assigned by the management
Intermediate from a recognized board
Experience & Skills: Having Motor Car or LTV License for the last 8 years. Minimum 3 years of experience of working as a driver with Public / multinational companies
Job Description: Drive PLL vehicles Respect PLL regulations, traffic regulations and PLL travel and safety policies Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean condition and carry out daily routine maintenance checks
to ensure that vehicle is in good technical condition. Ability to perform minor maintenance and repair jobs. Maintain a logbook of official trips, daily mileage and fuel consumption. Assist staff with photocopying, fax, filing and binding work. Assist in other office orderly tasks such as moving of furniture, equipment, etc Visit bank and vendors to collect or deliver cheques and payments. Take responsibility of providing hospitality and other services needed for meetings and office day
to day tasks. Assist in performing other administrative tasks and any other tasks assigned by management
