Chief Strategy Officer, Senior Manager Project Management, Senior Architect, Manager – Buildings & Housing, Manager Contracts Administration, Assistant Manager Contracts Administration, Accounts Officer, Documentation Assistant, Office Attendant and Janitorial Staff required in Infrastructure Development Authority Punjab. The Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) will lead IDAPs’ strategy division, which is responsible for the development and implementation of the organization’s strategic plan. Communicating and implementing the authority’s strategy internally and externally so that all employees, partners, suppliers, and contractors understand-the company-wide strategic plan and how it carries out the authority’s overall goals
Driving decision-making that creates medium- and long-term-improvement
Establishing and reviewing key strategic priorities and translating-them into a comprehensive-strategic plan
Monitoring the execution of the strategic plan
Facilitating and driving key strategic initiatives through inception-phase
Ensuring departmental/unit strategic planning projects reflect-authority’s strategic-priorities
Partnering with an institutional/department/organization/authority/ agency-leadership, special committees, and consultants to support execution of key initiatives
Provides best practices and practical guidance regarding project-planning and implementation.
Leads meetings and presentations with a variety of stakeholders-internally and externally.
Communicates successes and challenges internally and externally, as needed, to key stakeholders.
Leads transactional structuring of PPP projects and creation of an infrastructure development fund.
Identifies and elevates key project issues, risks, and status to stakeholders.
Minimum 16 Years education in Finance/ Business Administration/Engineering or other relevant degree
At least 10 years’ of work experience at the top management level with relevant work experience in handling strategy formulation and risk management.
Senior Manager Project Management A qualified person who shall focus on all aspects-of project life cycle for successful completion of the project. He should possess requisite-decision making authority to manage all the available resources involved in the successful completion of the project.
Responsibilities And Skills:
Deals with the stakeholders in a manner that enhances their trust in the Authority.
Interprets the Project Contracts in a satisfactory-manner protecting the interest of the Authority.
Ensure requisite technical back up to the project management team by coordinating with parallel departments.
Manages project the cash flow to achieve better results than forecasted.
Responsible for making the initial plan as well as continuous-revision if necessary of the original plan with the help on the GM Planning & Design to meet better project schedule.
Ensures execution of the project in the most efficient and safe-manner by developing the construction procedures
Setting up a proper establishment at project sites i.e. placement of competent personnel well-versed with the company system and control procedures.
Responsible for identifying Health, Safety and Environment hazards on his project and subsequently minimize risk for loss prevention
Identifying the training needs of staff working under him and developing a comprehensive-training plan for them
Quality Control experience
Monitoring & Evaluation experience
Minimum 16 years education in Civil Engineering/Project-Management/ Construction Management or other relevant degree
At least 10 years’ relevant work experience in Project-Planning, Contract Administration, Cost Management, Reporting and Quality control.
Senior Architect/ Manager – Buildings & Housing
A seasoned professional who is responsible for planning, scheduling and monitoring of the building and housing project plans through team of individuals. A professional with high level of responsibility as he/she oversees a project from inception to completion. Need to have demonstrated a capacity for creativity, excellent technical ability/knowledge, and strong communication & management skills. The incumbent is also responsible for the design and review of building structure and timely submission to GM planning & Design.
Responsibilities And Skills:
Over all supervision of planning, scheduling, progress, cost monitoring, and preparing forecast related to progress, revenue and cost related to buildings and housing projects.
Prepares project briefs, conceptual design of various types of projects and work with other team members to prepare the architectural construction drawings and documents.
Responsible for ensuring quality consciousness in all aspect of related work-activities.
Ensure forward planning on all implementation aspect of project during execution phase and maintains management focus on projects coming under his purview.
Complete liaison with GM Planning and Design and keep him updated-about the progress of the projects.
Responsible to prepare Weekly Progress Report of his area.
Prepares and makes presentations to various groups, governmental and private organizations and interest groups, as required.
Coordinates architectural design efforts with civil and MEP design and systems.
Selecting and approving appropriate construction materials.
Providing technical advice on various issues related to design-of-structures.
Liaising with relevant professional staff within the organization.
Monitoring and inspecting building work undertaken by-contractors and advice corrective measures, if any to the GM.
Reviewing work progress to ensure work is going on in the line with project design and specifications.
Visiting the site regularly to ensure no breach for design /specifications-criteria.
Attending the technical meetings with the stake holders.
Be extensively and progressively responsible experience in planning, designing and managing design and construction of major multi used complex projects; includes extensive-experience in design and construction of housing, schools, and mixed used buildings.
Communication: excellent written and verbal communication in English, organized thought processes, polite and respectful of others, adapts presentations to the audience.
Analysis/problem solving: thoroughly thinks out and evaluates alternatives and recommends the one that best meets the business and professional need of the situation-regardless of personal biases.
Workload management: works with little-direction and supervision.
Should be familiar with codes of practice and local area regulations/ bylaws.
Minimum 16 year’s education in Architecture or other relevant-degree.
At least 5 years of relevant-experience.
