General Manager Monitoring & Evaluation position vacant in Punjab Social Protection Authority Lahore. Major Responsibilities keep abreast of relevant policy programme development in order to advise and recommend tools and strategies to increase social protection programme performance in Punjab. Suggest ways to faculties data collection and the flow of data with in various public sector agencies. Identify strengths and weaknesses in exiting data collection and management systems and propose solutions. Perform field visits to ensure the quality of data collected by programmes and to verify the accuracy of reported data. Formulate and implement key performance indicators and deliverable for both new and established project and monitor them throughout the duration of the project. Master degree in project management M&E MBA or or other administrative science. 10 years work experience with progressively increasing level of responsibilities in public or voluntary sector monitoring and evaluation positions.
