The Information and Culture Department intends Communication Manager/ Consultant working closely with the management team in the information and culture DEPARTMENT THE COMMUNICATION MANAGER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT POSITIONING AND Ongoing management of various Government media companions and PR initiatives. The Communication Manager will be responsible for communicating key massages to defined target audiences to establish good will understanding between the Government and Stakeholders. This is proactively achieved by generating positive coverage through effective media relations with broadcast print and new media. A key role will be to monitor the publicity that is generated on behalf of the Government additionally lasing on everyday basis with the PR Manage team to update and report on the success of the publicity.
